Greetings,

Allow me to introduce myself.  I'm Travis Thigpen, Senior Pastor and Founder of Hosanna Victory Church.  For nearly twenty years, it has been our priviledge and mission to teach, train and equip the Body of Christ, helping it to mature to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God. 

I am glad that you are here to find out more about us, and hopefully you come away refreshed and encouraged through the many resources we offer on our site.

I have been ordained in Ministry since 1978,  by Dr. Ken Sumrall.  I am also ordained by Bishop Bill Hamon of Christian International Ministries since 1987.  My wife, Ann Thigpen and I have ministered faithfully in the United States and abroad for almost thirty years.  Ann and I together have a daughter, Renee' who serves with us in ministry along with her husband, Chris Voegelin.  We also have a teenage son, Daniel whom we are also raising up to be a mighty man of God for his generation.

At Hosanna Victory Church, our ministry emphasis is based on four vital components of what the Bible outlines the New Testament church to function in; Biblical foundation, fellowship, partnership of the gospel, and intimacy with God, through prayer.  These components are the framework of what we do in ministry, from the teaching of the Word on Sunday mornings, to small group fellowships, to outreach in our community.  We want every member at Hosanna to know the God that they serve, know who they are in Christ, and know the ministry to which God has called them to.

We are a ministry that puts a strong value in family, recognizing it as a God ordained establishment and a foundation to civilization.  In a time where families are being torn apart in today's culture war, it is our desire to equip parents and their children with the resources that will protect them, as well as to restore lives that have be broken through the love of Christ.
